Two Day Retreat
A two-day Planraising Retreat at a location of your choosing that brings together your board and key staff, volunteers and constituents. We help you set goals and choose the tools that best fit your needs to build your 3-year strategic plan with an emphasis on marketing, development and branding. Compare 1-Day and 2-Day Retreats.

Pre-Retreat Activities
We work with you to assess your current development and marketing goals and activities with:
A detailed intake survey for your organization
Custom surveys for your constituents--one for key leaders and one for the general public

Your Campaign Page
We create your pre-retreat campaign page focused on gathering support for your Planraising Retreat including:
information about your nonprofit and your planraising retreat.
Job description and sign-up form for board or committee positions.
An invitation to participate in your pre-planraising survey with a link to your survey.
A general donate now button connected to your Paypal or other merchant account (we will set up for you if needed).
Tools to share with your constituents via Facebook, Twitter and email.

Promoting Your Planraising

We will create tools and provide additional tips and resources to help you spread the word about your Planraising Retreat including:
Custom graphics for use in email announcements, website banners and badges.
A Planraising Promotion Guide with proposed timeline and tips to help you direct people to your Planraising page.

The Retreat
We recommend inviting 15-20 key stakeholders and keeping the retreat casual with a potluck or other casual lunch. We want everyone to be comfortable as we roll up our sleeves and get to work! Retreat agenda includes:
Discussing mission statement and branding strategies
Discussing best practices in fund development and marketing
Reviewing and evaluating your SWOT analysis
Reviewing and evaluating your survey results
Identifying overall organizational golas and objectives
identifying development and marketing goals, objectives and specific tools (using our specially-designed toolkits)

After the Retreat
We offer continued support for your Planraising effort for three months after your retreat. We help you generate additional support by:
Creating a unified overall strategic plan and specific development and marketing plan based on your Retreat outcomes, within one month of the retreat date.
Updating your campaign page with your retreat results (approved by you).
Creating a more detailed donation form for your Planraising page including specific strategies identified in your plan that require funding.
